The Platform is an experimental infrastructure offered for research purposes only. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE UNIVERSITIES DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY HARMS ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM AND YOU HEREBY WAIVE ANY CLAIMS YOU MAY HAVE RELATED TO SUCH HARMS AGAINST THE UNIVERSITIES AND OTHER PLATFORM COLLABORATORS (EACH AND ALL OF WHOM ARE INTENDED THIRD-PARTY BENEFICIARIES OF THIS AUP. You will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the University and the Platform Collaborators against any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) (collectively "Damages") to the extent such Damages arise from your use of the Platform.
